Logotypes and Graphic Charter Every form of communication bearing the EFA logo and destined for wide circulation must conform to the rules of usage described in the graphic charter and must receive prior authorization from the EFA.

Written form, acronym and translation of the name École française d’Athènes
When the name École française d’Athènes is written in lower case, the first letter of ‘française‘ is not capitalized.
The acronym EFA, always in capital letters, can be used in all languages instead of the full name École française d’Athènes to avoid repetition or when listing institutional acronyms.
The name École française d’Athènes remains identical in all languages, with the exception of Greek, where it might be replaced by Γαλλική Σχολή Αθηνών.
